Woah-hoo!  Bloodline Records has entered the market with Melotron's Tanz Mit Dem Teufel (Dance with the Devil) CD.  This, Bloodline's first release and Melotron's 7th CD, is one giant step towards reformation after the Zoth Ommog fiasco.  As a precursor to their next full-length, Melotron present three versions of the title track along with a bonus / b-side.  The original version of Tanz Mit Dem Teufel is a beat driven piece with synth-pop stylings found in the programming and vocals.  Klirrfaktor, another band in the newly formed Bloodline roster, remix this track, adding more rhythmic sounds and giving the track a bit of a boost to make it seem a bit rougher around the edges.  This particular version has already proved itself to be a hit on the dance floor.  The final mix (666 Beelzebub remix) is much more laid back.  The beats are less prominent and the electronics and vocals have a very creepy distortion added to them.  The b-side, Ich Will Dich (doesn't every German band have a song entitled this??) is musically the heartiest track on this single.  Although the vocals do retain their light nature, the music behind them is more intense sounding and less synth-pop orientated.  Granted, there is one very robotic sound that doesn't come off sounding as boisterous.  Melotron has kept up quite well with the demand for their music, releasing a CD every few months or so and with this latest single they have stood their musical ground, showing that they have definite staying power.
