This, unlimited version of the Kindertraum single is (unfortunately) not as impressive as the limited V 2.0 one.  Containing a single and maxi version of the title track, along with a Fictional mix of Die Maske and a b-side, Nur ein Licht, Kindertraum V1.0 is quite disappointing as far as singles go.  Don't misunderstand me, the music of Melotron is wonderful, but the fact that this single contains less than the limited one is what is disappointing.  Nur ein Licht is a slower, nearly beast-less piece that is pushed by its light vocals and similarly light electronics.  The Fictional mix of Die Maske is also a slower piece, complete with the deep rhythms and aquatic synths that Fictional have proven to be popular.  As for the other mixes, the Single Version is just that, a shorter version of the original, and the Maxi Version is, well you guessed it, a longer version.  Kindertraum is a great track and the Maxi Version is great for club play, even better than their club mix.  A pounding beat, clean vocals, and catchy synth lines are the meat and potatoes of this track.  Melotron has proved time and time again that synth-pop can be musically harsher and with the Kindertraum single they stand their ground.
