DELERIUM - Duende

Duende is the latest single from Delerium and, to my surprise, I did not expect a new single quite that soon after Karma was released.  Duende (translated to English means Elf???), with Camille Henderson on vocals is another impressive track by Electro genius’ Bill Leeb and Rhys Fulber.  It contains an edit version of the song, sounding very similar to the album version (as edit versions always do).  It is then pursued by the bleak desolation mix – rmxed by Emily (not familiar with the project,) but they have done an excellent job on reconstructing the song, adding strong underground ambient techno feel to it, showing a very interesting side to the song.  We are next treated with the spiritual collapse mix – rmxed by Dreamlogic (who I have heard in the past) and they also have a chance to show their version of the song, another outstanding mix, although having the underground techno atmosphere, but yet different.  The single is important to get, especially if you’re a big fan of Delerium, although there is no unreleased track, the rmxs will make it worth your while if your into the above mentioned sound.
