Yes!!! And One have done it again. Sitata Tirulala has got to be one of the best singles I have ever heard from And One. Sitata Tirulala is one of the harsher, excellent ebm songs off of Nordhousen. All German vocals, of course, that will surely get you to stop and listen. The disk contains the album ver. of the song, as well as an instrumental, but each has a different touch. One of the highs on this single is the mixing work, so let’s get to it. Psycolizer/Fisherman’s has a chance to reconstruct Sitata Tirulala and making it into a very beat oriented mix (Kit Kat Club), sounding somewhere between Chemical Brothers with some FLA baselines and minor, but important, guitar samples. Absolutely mind blowing and definitely worthy of club play. They later have another try at it and came up with meatier 2500 mix, on the same line as their 1st mix, but no doubt excellent. Next comes a big surprise, I never expected for D. Myer and D. Samardzic (of no other than Haujobb) to do rmx work on an And One track. They prove once again to be, in my opinion and simply put, the best rmx genius’ in the scene. If there were perfection in making music, this would be it. They rmxed One To One, and, as expected, they have completely reconstructed the song, showing what mixing is all about. They had their way with this track making it sound something very similar to the extraordinary Matrix rmx concept. We next have another bonus track, Silver Century rmxed by another surprising talent, Volker Lutz of Evils Toy. An absolutely exquisite mix. As Haujobb, he also had their way with it, containing the traditional Evil’s Toy sound. At last, but not least we have Abdul Uludag rework another Bonus track Farrah Es, making his mix an asset to this single. As you can see for your self, this is unquestionably a must disk to have from And One for their songs, as well as for the mixes. Even if you’re not an And One fan, get it, there will be no regret. You will see And One in a whole different way!!!
