Mick Johnson is one busy individual.  Aside from Agonize, Mick is also involved with Infekktion, Sero.Overdose, and Virtual Embrace.  Ultraviolent Six is a limited edition MCD featuring 6, or actually 7, brand new tracks that show the maturing of Agonoize’s sound into a harsh, electro assault for the mind and body.  Each track spawns some sort of addictive sound, be in the rolling beat in Pavillon 5, the high-pitched synths in Bängbäng Goodbye, or the catchy, well defined chorus in Ordinary Life.  The untitled, bonus track is a trotting, noisy electro filled track with a distorted beat and vocals to match.  The highlight of the MCD is Koprolaile, a fast moving, dance geared, angry electro piece with some chirpy synths and a thick, distant rhythm.  I enjoyed hearing the refined, better structured pieces on this MCD and now look forward for their next full length.
